I'm a white male, 5'9" 145 lbs. I like a couple of power style yoga sessions per week and play capoeira to keep fit. I cross country ski and snowshoe often here on the Sunshine Coast. I also enjoy kayaking in the neighboring waters. I am spiritually inclined without following any organized religion. The philosophy I'm most closely aligned with is Buddhism. I enjoy a good sensual massage and can give as well as receive. I lead a healthy lifestyle, like to dance, enjoy funk, jazz, world, folk and other good music (there's lots around) and tend to avoid commercial music. I am conscious of the smallness of our planet and endeavor to keep my footprint as small as possible. I ascribe to the idea and the practice of the 100 mile diet as much as possible. I constantly explore interesting and healthy diets like raw foods, the primal diet and things like that. I was vegetarian for many years and now eat organic, pasture fed and wild meats and seafoods.
