I have been body building about 1.5 years.
I do have a plate and screws in my neck, was hemi paralyzed on my left side, not anymore. I would say I am 98% recovered. I love to lift, I guess I live to lift!
I really enjoy sexy, muscular woman, natural builders. I am about 16% body fat, 6 foot, 260 lbs. I have cleaned up my diet, I was 243 and 23% body fat 6 months ago. You know the drill, to be successful, you need to be around others with the same goal. Not too many in shape females or males around where I live, at least that I have seen, I hope to meet some.
