I am 55 years young . My present status is running everyday 3 miles in less than 34mins. with a little rest in between each mile and a half. Also, work out on a power rider once or, twice a day. I don't smoke or, drink, and by the way the rest is walking on the beach. Do you want to Run, let's get started. Also, like all water sports, bowling, shooting pool, dinners out with dancing.
